Tom Lythgoe-Ward Member passes away
We would like to offer our condolences and prayers to the family of Tom Lythgoe. The following is a quote from his son Bret Lythgoe:"My wonderful, kind, loving dad passed away this morning at 11:30 am(Thursday, February 5th). He died peacefully, with family by his side. My dad means the world to me. I'm so honored, and lucky to have him as my dad. He courageously fought a terrible, cruel disease for years."

News Flash !!!!!! Deven Bawden-Previous Ward Member- Son of Joyce & Dennis
F.Y.I. Please click on Team Save Deven's Heart
Deven is the son of neighbors and Ward members Joyce and Dennis Bawden. Deven also grew up in our Ward.
The following is a quote from the "Save Deven's Heart":
"Deven woke up on Saturday, Jan 17 to do a typical workout for him. He ran 7 miles and then attended a cycling class. During the class he started to have back and chest pains. After going home, things progressively got more intense, and he decided to go to InstaCare. On the drive there his chest pains became more painful, and his fingers and arm began to tingle and go numb. Upon reaching the InstaCare, an ambulance was called and he was rushed to the emergency room at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah. He received numerous tests and doctors were unable to diagnose his condition for over two days. Once the tear of his artery was discovered, he was immediately moved to the ICU. A team of cardiologists and other heart specialists reviewed Deven's case and were unable to agree on a treatment plan, because of the rarity of his case. After more tests and more cardiologist reviews it was determined to wait one week and see if Deven's body would begin to heal the tear on its own. If the tear has not begun to heal at that time, he will have open heart surgery later this week."
We just want the Bawden's to know that our prayers are with you and your family during this stressful time.
